Awards and acknowledgments

Last night at the Legalcommunity.it Corporate Awards our firm received two awards: Ugo Molinari was named 'Corporate Restructuring Lawyer of the Year' and the insurance law team, led by Nicolo' Juvara, was awarded as 'Insurance Law Firm of the Year'.

The motivations for the prizes were respectively:

“Ugo Molinari is a specialist in corporate restructuring and over the last year he has been involved in a number of significant deals with a total value of several billion euros"

"The firm has a strong specialisation in insurance and has handled an array of deals for major clients in the last 12 months, providing a wide range of services, from transactional to litigation."
