Antonio Cuoco

Salary Partner

Antonio Cuoco started his professional career in 2009 and he joined Di Tanno Associati at Milan office as of 2018, as senior associate, after working in leading national and international law firms both in Milan and in Rome. During the academic year 2017-2018 Antonio held an Advanced LL.M. in International Tax Law from the Leiden University, International Tax Center, The Netherlands.

As from January 2022 he is salary partner at Molinari Agostinelli.

Antonio provides tax advice in M&A and leveraged buy-out transactions, private equity, international taxation, structured finance and real estate. He also provides tax assistance in dealing with the tax authority in the frame of tax ruling procedures and advance pricing agreements for companies with international activities as well as in tax disputes. In these areas of activity he mainly provides advice to (both Italian and foreign) investment and private equity funds, institutional investors, industrial groups and high-net-worth individuals.
