Marco Laviano

Salary Partner

Marco Laviano started his legal career in July 2001.

After approximately four years at the Legal Department of Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A., he started to collaborate with NCTM Law Firm in 2005.
In 2009 he joined Lombardi Molinari e Associati (subsequently Lombardi Molinari Segni), becoming salary partner of the firm in 2016.

As from January 2017 he has been a salary partner of Molinari e Associati, first, and of Molinari Agostinelli, then.

He is involved in non-contentious matters, and his practice focuses mainly on company and business acquisitions and disposals, mergers, joint-venture agreements and buy-out deals carried out by private equity funds. He has also significant experience in the real estate sector, providing assistance in relation to acquisitions and development projects.
