A dedicated team assists some of the most important domestic and foreign financial institutions in respect of financial, banking and insurance regulations and in a wide range of activities including the drafting of internal policies and procedures, in relation to corporate governance. The team regularly liaise with national supervisory authorities, including in particular the Banca d'Italia, CONSOB and Borsa Italiana, and supports clients in communications and responses to regulatory bodies in Italy and in various jurisdictions.
