Partners Ugo Molinari and Ciro Di Palma, along with associate Michela Maresca and trainee Gianluca Diena, advised a consortium of investors, led by Marseglia Amaranto Energia e Sviluppo and York Capital Management on the acquisition of GlobalSolarFund S.C.A., a Luxembourg company whose subsidiaries own a portfolio of 174 solar power plants with a total capacity of over 135MW.
