Claudio Zanda has extensive and multidisciplinary experience in extraordinary transactions in the areas of debt restructuring, private equity, M&A and real estate. Lorenzo Caruccio is head of the firm's admistrative law practice since 2021 and has a thorough experience in the area of public law, with particular reference to the construction and urban planning, energy and environment, and public procurement sectors.
Such appointments are accompanied by the promotions of Matteo Mairone, Alessandro Pallavicini and Federico Trabucco to senior associate.
